The Moray Firth's wildlife is made accessible to the budding explorer on the Wildlife Expeditions. North 58 offers regular wildlife trips in the Moray Firth including venturing along the coast to Burghead. Burghead is recognised locally as a hotspot for dolphin sightings so there's a chance, but no guarantee of seeing dolphins. Seals and porpoises are also regularly seen in the area. The occasional Minke Whale is also spotted in the summer months.

Wynford Farm was formed in 2002 by combining Millburn Farm and Old Wynford Farm, we have formed a pure breed organic herd of Aberdeen Angus, a native breed famed for it’s tenderness and taste.

As we have a young farmer in the family we understand what mums, dads and children want and need in a day out. Based in the centre of Elgin, Moray Motor Museum is housed in a light and airy old mill building, part of which dates back to the era of the Cathedral when the Bishops of Moray ruled Moravia, and was used by them as a grain mill. The Moray Motor Museum houses a superb collection of veteran, vintage, classic cars and motorbikes. Most of which are on the button ready to go, added to this are the model cars and automobilia which make this a visit not be missed.

Speyside Falconry provides opportunities for visitors to get a private hands on experience with their birds, choose from one of the following experiences:

Meet the owls- A chance to meet the owls and learn about them whilst you enjoy flying them. Unique experience suitable for Kids and Families. This session is available all year round.

Behind the scenes- A 3 hour (approx) session which takes you through everything they do on a daily basis with the birds, you will meet the birds, learn about them and the equipment used and enjoy a flying experience. This session is very hands on and suitable for 1-2 persons Aged 12 and over.

Hawk and owl- Great session for ages 10 and over, enjoy a hands on experiences flying a Harris hawk and owls whilst flying to the glove and learn about these amazing birds of prey, approx 1 hour long and available all year round.

When first seen, Bow Fiddle Rock rock evokes a sense of wonder with it's steep folded sides and rock arch which resembles a fiddle bow tip (violin), hence the name Bow Fiddle Rock. This is a great location for a nice afternoon costal walk in the small fishing town of Portknockie. If you continue along the cliffside you will be brought down onto the soft sandy Cullen beach and golf course.

A great place to visit for a fun-filled family day out. Bring a picnic, or cook up a barbecue while the children have fun in the play area. Relax on the sandy beach, explore the sweet-smelling pinewood or watch out for local wildlife from our bird hide.

There is history here, too. A series of defence structures were built between Cullen Bay and Burghead Bay, through today's Roseisle and Lossie forests. On the beach at Roseisle you’ll find remnants of the anti-tank blocks and pillboxes.
